Refund & Returns Policy

At Adventures Gone Wrong, we want you to love your gear. If something’s not right, we’ll work with you to make it right.

Printify-Fulfilled Products (Apparel, mugs, and print-on-demand items)

  • Returns or exchanges accepted within 30 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

  • Customized or personalized items are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective

  • If your item is damaged or defective, email a photo to info@adventuresgonewrong.com and we’ll send a free replacement

Zendrop-Fulfilled Products

  • If your order confirmation shows Zendrop as the shipper, contact us directly at info@adventuresgonewrong.com

  • We’ll coordinate your return or replacement with Zendrop

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or defective

Refund Process

  • Items must be returned to the address we provide during the return process

  • Refunds are issued once the return is received and inspected

  • Refunds are made to your original payment method
